Privacy policy
Nicolas Marxer EI, operating under the qaryon brand, is committed to protecting user privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
Personal data collected through forms includes: name, email address, company name (optional), service of interest, message, waitlist use case (optional), language, and consent. The site also measures its audience through Umami, without identifying data: page visited (without URL parameters), referring site, browser, operating system, device type, language, and country.
Processing purpose
Collected data is used exclusively to respond to your contact requests, manage qaryon waitlist signups, qualify SaaS pilots, and improve website usability and performance.
Data retention
Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation, and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact me at nicolas@qaryon.io.
Cookies and audience measurement
This website only uses the technical cookies necessary for its operation. Umami audience measurement is self-hosted and cookieless: it records neither form content, nor URL parameters (journal search included), nor session recordings. Umami audience data is kept for 90 days in the active database, then deleted automatically; backups follow their own rotation (7 daily, 4 weekly, 6 monthly). If Plausible is configured, it may also measure audience in aggregate. You can turn Umami measurement off in this browser with the button below. Forms and waitlists may be transmitted through Resend to reply to you or manage signups. No advertising cookies, data resale, or commercial cross-site tracking are used.
Error reports
When an error occurs in the browser or on the server, a report is sent to Sentry, hosted in the European Union (ingest.de.sentry.io). Its only purpose is to fix defects on the site. It contains the error message and technical trace, the page concerned, the browser and the system, but no IP address, no identifier, no form content. No session or browsing data is sent outside an error. Reports are kept for the duration set by the site's Sentry plan, then deleted.
Processors and sensitive data
The main technical services are Netlify for hosting, Resend for form and waitlist delivery, Sentry for error reports, Umami for self-hosted audience measurement, and Plausible only if configured. Do not send secrets, passwords, logs containing personal data, or sensitive configurations through public forms; an appropriate channel can be defined under NDA when needed.
